The Client:
Our client is a firm of reputable established Advocates and Legal Consultants, with offices in Nicosia and Limassol. They offer high quality legal services to local and international businesses operating in a broad range of industries.
The Position:
Secretary/Personal Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to advocates/partners.
- Acting as the point of contact between the advocate/partner and internal/external clients.
- Communications with clients, colleagues and other partners.
- Printing of correspondence and maintaining the relevant matter files.
- Input of matter information and timesheets into in-house legal management software.
- Answering phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
- Facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
- Welcoming of guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Reading and writing correspondence in mail or email form, on behalf of the partner.
Skills – Qualifications – Experience:
- High school certificate and a secretarial diploma.
- Proven previous work experience as a personal assistant or secretary.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English are essential.
- Good organizational, time management and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
