We are seeking a talented Marketing and Promotion Officer to join our team on a full-time basis to promote a banking institution based abroad and trying to enter the Cyprus market.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Promotion Officer, your primary responsibility, will be to design and execute marketing strategies to promote our bank’s services to the people of Cyprus. You will have the opportunity to visit offices, interact with potential clients, and showcase the benefits of banking with our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and decision-makers.
• Organize and attend promotional events, seminars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage
• Proven experience in marketing, promotion, or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Greek is required.
