We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Store Manager.
Job Description:
- Supervising and managing the store’s day-to-day operations
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participating in routine inventory checks
- Handling customer orders efficiently
- Achieving personal and group sales targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or store management
- A track record of successfully developing and increasing profits in a retail outlet
- Proficiency with ERP systems (1C, Bitrix, etc.)
- The ability to make independent decisions and be accountable for it
- Fluent in English
Will be plus:
- Experience working with alcoholic beverages
- B2B experience and an understanding of e-commerce
- Knowledge of the Greek language
