Sales Executives forForex
GENERAL PURPOSE
Acting as a liaisonbetween the customer service and sales departments, you will maintain thecompany’s existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to solicitnew accounts. You will be knowledgeable about all company products andservices in order to answer customer enquiries and be able to deal with directsales inquiries.
MAIN JOB TASKS &RESPONSIBILITIES
Independentlyprovide appropriate general Company information about products and services
Identify,research, and resolve customer complaints. Log and escalate complaints onCRM platform
Send monthlycommission statements to IBs and Referrals / Upload statements on member areaof web site and/or CRM interface
Answer“Request for Calls” received by email, and be available for Online Chat
Build andimprove relations with IB network through a loyalty program in conjunction withthe Sales Manager
Use existingdatabases to retrieve and reply to proposal requests, and solicit new accounts
Developprospects from existing non-active customers and referral leads; maintain a logfile for all sales queries
Coordinatewith Marketing department on the administration of marketing campaigns,promotional activities and trade shows
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Excellent interpersonal relations
Strong communication skills
PreviousExperience within the Forex industry
Time flexibility, required to workdifferent shifts
Techniques for dealing with a variety ofindividuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, inperson and over the telephone.
Previous experience on CRM software
Computer literate
