Sibilla Solutions Ltd is a Cyprus registered company which operates under the brand Profee and holds an EMI License issued by the Central Bank of Cyprus. Due to the rapid growth of our clientele, we are currently looking to hire a Client Onboarding Officer to join our team.

Client Onboarding Officer

Description

• Conduct ongoing client reviews and Due Diligence;
• Ensure that KYC/Due diligence information/documentation provided by clients fall within the Company’s requirements;
• Make sure that CRM systems are fully updated and accurate information is passed therein in relation to clients’ data;
• Perform client’s negative database screening through software such as Bridger and resolve/investigate the possible hits;
• Report directly to the Head of Client Onboarding team;
• Work closely with Customer Support to make sure that the AML procedures are followed;
• Investigate the individual alerts to determine if there is a potential suspicious transaction involved;
• Assess the transaction in the context of previous transactions and the client’s business/purpose of the account;
• Create and maintain accurate and concise records of all investigations undertaken including details on the rationale for any decisions made;
• Seek to build an understanding of the profile of customers highlighted through the transaction monitoring alert process;
• Identify, resolve, escalate any issues in relation to the onboarding process
• Perform any other ad-hoc AML/Onboarding related tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree;
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position;
• English at a high level (read, speech and written);
• Any comfortable communication in additional languages will be considered an advantage;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
• Happy to work to rotating shifts;
• Pleasant personality.

Additional Skills & Experience

• Experience in a FI/PS/EMI will be considered an advantage;
• Willing to attend to several seminars;
• Working under pressure;
• Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
