Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
- Bookkeeping: Manage and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Perform general office duties and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or a related administrative role.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in using office software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Good in English, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
