We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Office Administrator.   Responsibilities:

High school diploma or equivalent required; an      additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.

  • Bookkeeping: Manage and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or a related administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in using office software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Good in English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

     

 

Salary/Compensation: based on experience
