Eliofotou Zinieris & Stasis Partners MELTEC is a group of professional qualified Engineers, Designers, Draftspersons, and Office Personnel operating from our established office in Cyprus, as Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers since 1992 when the company was founded by Kyriacos Zinieris and Savvas Eliofotou. Our Engineers have all worked extensively for projects in Cyprus and overseas and have been involved in a wide variety of projects of any kind of Building or Infrastructure.
