G & P Lazarou Estate Agents was established in 1992, from a small office in Nicosia consisting of just 2 people. The office primarily focussed on Development Land and Building Plots. Year on year we grew in size and reputation, slowly expanding to other cities. Today we are Cyprus’ premier estate agent, with offices in all major cities of Cyprus and more sales negotiators than any other Cyprus Property Agent.
Our estate agency services include: Residential Property Sales and Lettings, Luxury Property Sales and Lettings, Property Management, Property Advice, Commercial Property, Development Land and Building Plots.
We also provide independent property valuations, through a totally separate arm that remains totally impartial and independent at all times. Our valuation services include: Residential Property Valuations, Hotels, Commercial Property Valuations and Development Appraisals.
