ELLINAS DIY started trading in Limassol in 1998, pioneering the dawn of a new philosophy in “Do It Yourself” marketing in the city. The comprehensive solutions offered in the field of DIY gave the opportunity to both professionals and amateurs to find multiple solutions to any issue regarding materials and tools for any jobs that needed to be done in the house, the car, the garden, etc.

Soon, public appreciation grew by leaps and bounds due to the continuous effort of the company to optimise and improve its range of products and adapt itself to the needs of the consumers. Assured of being on the right track, the company used the momentum to open a new ELLINAS DIY store in Nicosia in 2002.

In the years that followed, the layout of the stores was renovated, and excellence in customer service as well as providing comprehensive solutions in all traditional areas of DIY, such as home improvements, car maintenance, tools and gardening became our primary objectives. The company stayed on this course until 2007, which is a significant landmark for DIY stores in Cyprus, because ELLINAS DIY launched their first , which added a new powerful presence to its stores and stood quite successfully side by side among the up-to-then traditional DIY departments. This bold move displayed the company’s effective monitoring and paying of undivided attention not only to new trends but also to satisfying the changing needs of its customers.
