PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), on behalf of our client a well-established Law firm in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms for staff and management;
  • Implement and maintain office policies;
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels;
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained;
  • Arrange for repairs and maintenance as necessary;
  • Organize office operations and procedures;
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed;
  • Plan and coordinate company events, including team-building activities, holiday parties, and off-site meetings;
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to appropriate contacts;
  • Supervise and monitor staff;
  • Arrange transportation and accommodation as needed;
  • Perform receptionist duties;
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier services;
  • Manage the social media account of the Company;

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field;
  • Previous experience in a similar position for 1-2 years will be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines;
  • Fluency both in English and Greek;
