PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), on behalf of our client a Business Consulting and Services company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Office Coordinator to join their expanding team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity;
- Coordinating office resources and facilities, including the supply and maintenance of equipment;
- Communicating effectively with staff and external contacts to ensure smooth operations;
- Efficient coordinating and managing of housekeepers;
- Undertaking reception duties, assisting guests, and accommodating those waiting in the reception area;
- Maintaining the office areas in high standards at all times and being aware of what is required;
- Keeping track of invoices and payments to suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field;
- Previous experience in a similar position for 1-2 years will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian/Russian language will be a plus;
- Friendly and positive attitude;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Service-oriented personality;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
- Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Great attention to detail.
