Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates across various organizational levels and departments.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Provide expertise and support in areas such as performance and talent management strategies, employee engagement initiatives, HR process improvements, and HR analytics.
- Cultivate a learning culture within the organization by developing learning and development programs, resources, and opportunities.
- Identify learning needs and skills gaps within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies and procedures when necessary.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and respond to inquiries regarding human resource matters.
- Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop and enhance the company’s employer brand. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding materials, including job advertisements, social media campaigns, and career website content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best HR practices to continually improve and optimize processes and policies to enhance efficiency and overall quality of employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification or equivalent certification will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
