Why this role matters
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. You will be responsible for the safety and security of the corporate environment, including employees, customers, and company property. As a member of the security team, you will participate in a variety of security tasks. Working with us is always dynamic and full of challenges.
What you’ll actually do
- Protect company assets, personnel, and premises to ensure overall safety and security
- Conduct security patrols throughout the premises
- Carry out both static and mobile patrols at assigned locations
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Inspect vehicles and individuals entering secured areas
- Maintain strict access control procedures, verifying entry of authorized personnel
- Operate basic security equipment to support security operations
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergency incidents
- Provide protection for employees and guests at corporate or private events
- Prepare incident reports and maintain daily security logs
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Assist the Internal Security Department with security-related tasks as needed
- Perform ad hoc assignments for executive management with professionalism and discretion
- Carry out all duties as directed by the Supervisor
- Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Who we’re looking for
- Security Guard License
- 3 or more years of experience as a security officer in corporate or hospitality environments
- Experience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escort
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in Greek and English; other languages are an advantage
- Completed First Aid and Fire Safety courses
- Good physical condition
- Driver’s license
- High commitment to delivering security services
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to take initiative
