Operations Executive

Ad Board Media Group is the Number 1 Out of Home Media Company in Cyprus. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Executive with expertise in Operations to join our team. As the Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our advertising media in Roadside, Malls and Sports stadia.

Responsibilities

• Project management of the implementation of the any new advertising programs in Malls /Roadside/Sports and other projects that may come along in time. Meeting, surveying, monitoring progress and working directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and airport staff under the close supervision of the RVP of Operations.
• Supervision is required of Maintenance Service Providers and specialty contractors at malls/roadside that provide services to Ad Board Media under hire in order to maintain high quality standards.
• Responsible for keeping all advertising panels and Ad Board Media assets operational and in excellent condition by partnering with sub-contractors, mall employees and other Ad Board employees as required.
• Work directly with the rest of the Team on all aspects of Sales and Client support. This includes the planning, scheduling, tracking and follow up on multiple clients and campaigns.
• Conduct surveys and inspections of advertising units to determine actual working conditions and implement repairs and follow up immediately to restore to 100% working condition. Confer with support subcontractors to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Follow up and complete tasks and requests by management resulting from property inspections. Verify postings of advertising campaigns and current conditions of equipment in the field.
• Gather and submits proof of performance photos to the operations support staff in a timely manner and as required.
• Inspecting all panels to ensure the structures are safe and structurally sound and will provide a good presentation of clients’ advertising.
• Inspecting the completion of site specific posting as and when required;
• Illumination inspections.
• Liaising with Municipalities and Mall Management Companies
• Find and explore New Roadside Opportunities
• Maintain and deliver requested reports including the reporting of findings to management of actual conditions as well as to property staff.
• Meet with management, subcontractors or mall management.
• Oversee and maintain all tools, storerooms, and inventory items.
• Any and all other duties assigned
• Filling in all the paper work for the granting of permits (Municipalities/Authorities/EAC etc)

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an Operations department, working with a multi-discipline team in a challenging environment.
• Personal experience of undertaking maintenance job tasks out in the field.
• Exceptional understanding of method, materials, tools and equipment for maintenance job activities.
• Impeccable time management skills.
• Self-motivated to constantly look to improve H&S processes, quality and performance standards throughout the team.
• Have excellent investigative and analytical skills.
• To undertake any such additional duties that are reasonably commensurate with the level of this post.
