Delfi Partners & Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the responsibilities of an Onboarding Analyst, assisting with the real estate recovery processes in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake the execution of tasks and cases in the relevant departments of the land registry and other public services.
- Provide support services in the property transfer process.
- Communicate with relevant authorities, clients and third parties.
- Visit several services for external clerical works.
- Transfer items, letters and collect documents, parcels, etc. from various points.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- University degree in any field.
- License: EU driving license required.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Polite and professional disposition.
- Diligent and punctual.
