Office Coordinator

Job Overview

PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), on behalf of our client a Business Consulting and Services company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Office Coordinator to join their expanding team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity;
  • Coordinating office resources and facilities, including the supply and maintenance of equipment;
  • Communicating effectively with staff and external contacts to ensure smooth operations;
  • Efficient coordinating and managing of housekeepers;
  • Undertaking reception duties, assisting guests, and accommodating those waiting in the reception area;
  • Maintaining the office areas in high standards at all times and being aware of what is required;
  • Keeping track of invoices and payments to suppliers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field;
  • Previous experience in a similar position for 1-2 years will be considered as an advantage;
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian/Russian language will be a plus;
  • Friendly and positive attitude;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Service-oriented personality;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
  • Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Great attention to detail.
