who you are
We are looking for a highly organized (Junior) Marketing Manager with a degree in marketing or a related area.
experience
- at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing
- experience in both offline and online marketing is relevant for this role, we are open to different profiles
- very good written and spoken English
key responsibilities
- develop and execute marketing strategies and plans
- lead and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- plan and oversee initiatives across various channels
- manage campaign budgets
- analyze market trends, consumer behaviours, and campaign performance
- collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams
- develop and apply retention tactics
- create content, optional
