keepitPromo is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Executive / Sales Representative to join our team.
We are a promotional gifts company supplying branded products to businesses and organizations in Cyprus, Greece, Europe, and internationally. We help clients find the right promotional products, prepare quotations, create mockups, and deliver their orders on time.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming client enquiries by email, phone, and CRM
- Understanding each client’s needs, including quantity, budget, deadline, delivery location, and branding requirements
- Preparing product suggestions and quotations
- Coordinating mockups
- Following up with clients after quotations are sent
- Managing repeat orders and event-related enquiries
- overseeing logistics
- Communicating with suppliers and internal team members to confirm prices, stock, branding options, and delivery times
- Updating the CRM with accurate client information, budget range, quotation status, and follow-up notes
- Supporting the client from first enquiry until order confirmation and delivery
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should be:
- Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple enquiries at the same time
- Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic office software (training is provided)
- Detail-oriented when preparing quotations and checking product information
- Able to follow up with clients politely and consistently
- Willing to learn about promotional gifts, branding methods, and supplier processes
- A team player with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or office administration is preferred
- Very good communication skills in English and Greek
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work from our office on a full-time basis
- Experience in B2B sales will be considered an advantage
