Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry in accounting software
- Issuing and managing client invoices and statements of account
- Monitoring and processing of payments ensuring timely settlement of invoices
- Reconciliation of bank statements, accounts and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and filings of VAT and TAX returns
- Arranging and handling Data collection for month-end and year-end closing processes
- Interact professionally with clients
- Administrative support to the finance department
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar accounting/bookkeiping role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Professional communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
