Accounting Officer

Lambrou Agro Ltd, a company with a leading position in the fields of Agriculture, Gardening, and Public Health, is seeking to immediately hire an Accounting Officer for the company’s head office located in Dali Industrial Area.

The Accounting Officer will be responsible to assist the team on all accounting matters related to the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes control of book keeping and accounting
• Issuing of invoices and customer statements
• Reconciliations (debtors, creditors, banks, visa, petty cash)
• Preparation of documentation for external auditors
• Weekly suppliers’ payments in assistance with the head of the accounting department
• Assistance in the preparation of the management accounts
• Reporting preparation by department, in assistance with the head of the accounting department
• Carry out any other accounting related duties requires

Required qualifications and competencies:

• LCCI qualification and/or Accounting degree
• Previous working experience is mandatory
• Fluent in Greek and English Language in both oral and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of E-Soft Accounting will be considered an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Initiative and Accountability
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines
• Professional and reliable
