Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Our client is a dynamic wholesaler of pharmaceutical products from a wide array of European manufacturers and is seeking a full-time Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

 

The Role

The duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Responsible for the wholesale of medicinal products, acting as manager of the office, focusing on the management of the activities and the accuracy and quality of records
• Ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained
• Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products
• Ensuring that suppliers and customers are licensed and approved
• Ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged program and necessary corrective measures are put in place
• Handling complaints for the products
• Deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products
• Keeping accurate records of delegated duties
• Stock control, including approving any returns to saleable stock
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
• Ensuring that the applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice including the Guidelines of 5 November 2013 on Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use(2013/C 343/01) are adhered

The Requirements

Interested applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field with a minimum of 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical products sales; OR
  School diploma with a proven track record of at least 2 years in selling and dealing with pharmaceutical products.
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Great organizational skills
