NOC Support Engineer

Cablenet is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team on a full-time basis based in Nicosia as a NOC Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the first-line support of all production systems, services, and networks following pre-defined procedures and processes to resolve issues
Interact with Cablenet’s Engineers and Developers to troubleshoot issues
Responsible for creating support tickets and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution as well as notifying affected groups about impacting conditions
Able to work any shift 24/7, including public holidays and weekends
Recording actions in a concise and clear manner
Generate reports as required by management
Any other related duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Employer

Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science or other related fields
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
Cisco Certified Network Associate certification will be considered an advantage
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Greek and English
Ambitious, dynamic, team-oriented, and social individual
