CISALPINA TOURS CYPRUS LIMITED, one of the biggest Travel Companies, member of the MSC GROUP worldwide is currently looking for 2 Flight Ticketing Assistant Officers to strengthen our team.
Role Overview: As a Flight Ticketing Assistant Officer you will be an effective member of the Travel team, you will be responsible for issuing airline tickets including re-issuing tickets due to enforced changes or amendments as per client’s needs. You will also be issuing other related documents accurately and within required timescales.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of a number of ships as assigned by the department’s Manager.
- Identifying cheapest flights according to the vessels schedule.
- Making the flight bookings/issuance for crew using the Amadeus GDS.
- Handling different travel accounts of clients.
- Sending emails with flight details.
- Refunds of bookings.
- Processing hotel reservations.
Skills and Experience:
- School completion certificate.
- Any degree on ticketing could be considered as an advantage.
- 0-3 years’ experience. Relevant experience in fight ticket for seafarers or marine crew will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy.
