We’re currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to help build robust, scalable applications and raise the bar for how we engineer software.
The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll design and deliver features across the entire stack — from responsive, fast front ends to well-architected back-end services and data layers. You’ll be a technical anchor on your team: making sound architectural decisions, writing high-quality code, and mentoring others. In FinTech, correctness and security matter, so you’ll build with resilience, testing, and maintainability in mind from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications across front end, back end, and data
- Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and event-driven services using message queues.
- Model, query, and optimize data across both SQL and NoSQL Working with large datasets.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate services on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Own features through the full software development lifecycle — from discovery and design to release, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban): planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Champion code quality through reviews, testing, and thoughtful technical standards.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Result oriented person
- Proven experience as a senior or full-stack engineer, ideally 5+ years building production web applications.
- Solid understanding of the principles of designing and building modern software.
- Strong command of TypeScript / JavaScript and js.
- Solid front-end skills with React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture.
- Practical experience deploying to at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure) using modern deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform (or similar).
- A clear understanding of the full software production cycle and modern Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional languages, frameworks, or tooling beyond our core stack — any relevant technology is a plus (Python, Java, C#, C++, Go, Rust, etc).
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and how to apply them effectively (e.g., AI-assisted development, integrating LLMs into products).
- Background in FinTech, payments, or other regulated / high-reliability domains.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
