As we further strengthen our operations in Cyprus, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our Cyprus team and support the daily operations of our Supply Chain.
The Role
As a Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply and smooth operation of our store network across Cyprus.
This is a hands-on position that combines supply chain coordination, inventory management, and operational support within our Logistics Center. Alongside planning and administrative responsibilities, you will actively participate in warehouse operations and order preparation when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day Supply Chain operations supporting the Coffee Island store network across Cyprus.
- Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted supply of products to all stores, maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption trends, and support demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing waste and stock shortages.
- Create, process, and monitor purchase orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring alignment with Coffee Island’s quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order progress, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and service standards.
- Coordinate incoming deliveries, stock receiving procedures, and inventory controls within the Logistics Center.
- Participate in stock handling, order picking, and preparation of store orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to the Coffee Island network.
- Support route planning and distribution activities to ensure efficient deliveries to stores across Cyprus.
- Work closely with stores and internal stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues and maintain excellent service levels.
- Collaborate with the parent company on supply chain processes, product replenishment, and operational planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, inventory management and, overall supply chain efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Procurement for at least 2 years.
- Good understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft) and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and English.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to actively support operational activities when needed.
