We’re seeking a Programmatic Specialist with hands-on experience managing platforms, DSPs, and programmatic campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive performance across our B2C markets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs (setup, targeting, bidding, optimization). 
  • Oversee trading platforms and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs. 
  • Analyze data to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align programmatic strategies with business goals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSPs, ad exchanges, and tech partners. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest programmatic trends, tools, and best practices. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on DSPs and trading platforms. 
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, RTB, and digital media buying. 
  • Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and reporting skills. Optimizing following specific KPIs and benchmarks 
  • Experience in B2C industries performance (iGaming/fintech a plus). 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
