European University Cyprus is currently seeking to recruit IT Helpdesk support staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient operation of the campus’ technological means, offering assistance to end users (students, faculty & administrative staff). Helpdesk support staff serves as the first point of contact for all end users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to students, faculty and staff
  • Receive and respond promptly to incoming inquiries in a professional manner
  • Handle support request tickets
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Provide remote, and telephone IT assistance to end users
  • Other miscellaneous technology-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant field will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in both Greek and English languages
  • Technology oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented, polite and professional attitude

The role involves shift work on a 5-day weekly schedule including weekends.
