Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Property Expansion Executive to grow our property portfolio by identifying, acquiring, and securing new properties for management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record in business development or property acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new properties for our management portfolio through direct outreach, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, offering tailored management solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth in the Limassol property market.
• Negotiate contracts with property owners to secure favorable management agreements.
• Utilize social media platforms, digital marketing, and CRM tools to engage potential property owners and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new property acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote our property management services.
• Track and report on acquisition targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or business development.
• Strong computer skills, especially in social media management and digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Proven track record in property acquisition or business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the Limassol property market and property management regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Based on qualifications.
• Performance Bonuses: Based on properties acquired, quarterly, and annual performance.
• Revenue Commission: revenue from acquired properties.
