The Company:
The company is one of our clients, a developing and dynamic company active for several years in the healthcare/medical consumables sector is looking for an energetic individual to fill out the position of Office Administrator, with some accounting responsibilities for its offices in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and email communication
- Issue invoices, waybills and other reports from accounting software (SoftOne)
- Input data in the company’s system and prepare reports
- Handle the company’s accounts and expenses
- Keep track of inventory and inform management accordingly
- Keep a well-organized office
- Communicate with customers
Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:
- Approximately 10+ years of work experience as an Office Administrator.
- MS Office proficiency
- Accounting assistant diploma and/or a university degree will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting software (SoftOne knowledge is considered an advantage)
- Highly organized multitasker.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Confident, dynamic, adaptable, with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Capable of working under own initiative.
- Pleasant personality.
- Keep a clean office environment
Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia.
Remuneration:
