What will your job look like?

Accountable to the Technical Support Supervisor

  • Provides customer support and acts as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and complaints
  • Troubleshoots and solves customers’ technical related issues
  • Promotes company’s products and services
  • Handles information and billing inquiries

All you need is…

  • Educated to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferable
  • Experience in a service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of computer and internet applications
  • Ability to work in a complex and high demanding environment
  • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
  • Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)

Remote work is necessary until further notice. All you need is:

  • Access to the Internet
  • A dedicated working station with no interruptions

What we will provide in order to be able to work remotely:

  • Online training and support using various cloud-based peer-to-peer software platforms
  • Online continuous learning education through e-Learning courses

The Call Center operates 365 days per year.
