System administrator – help-desk ENG + RU

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of System Administrator (Help-desk)

 

Responsibilities:

Receive and categorize user requests in the Service Desk (Jira) and over the phone

Provide technical support within your competencies (resolving issues, consulting, managing user accounts, software installation and updates, preparing and maintaining workstations in the office, configuring office equipment)

Coordinate equipment repairs and maintain equipment records

Participate in projects to streamline business processes at the Service Desk

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions

Experience with MDM systems

Language skills English and Russian

Will be plus:

Valid work permit in Cyprus

Knowledge of Greek is a plus
