The candidates should have:
•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
•Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.
•An all-rounder with experience both in a la carte and buffet service.
•Huge Passion for food and hospitality, along with willingness to continually learn.
•Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.
•Ability to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
•Experience with working in high volume kitchens.
•Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
•An eye for detail overseeing own work and the work of others.
•Always eager to help with a positive problem-solving approach.
•Be an inspiring and positive leader helping others to do the right thing and achieve results.
•Team spirit and pleasant personality.
•Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
•Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
