AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire a

 

 

SOUS CHEF

 

 

The candidates should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in relevant position.
  • An all-rounder with experience both in a la carte and buffet service.
  • Huge Passion for food and hospitality, along with willingness to continually learn.
  • Detailed knowledge of conventional, authentic and contemporary ingredients.
  • Ability to appreciate the finer aspects of food.
  • Experience with working in high volume kitchens.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • An eye for detail overseeing own work and the work of others.
  • Always eager to help with a positive problem-solving approach.
  • Be an inspiring and positive leader helping others to do the right thing and achieve results.
  • Team spirit and pleasant personality.
  • Energy and enthusiasm with great communication skills.
  • Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.
