Main Responsibilities
- Make sure that the Store operates with a productive and efficient manner in order to achieve the Company profitability goals
- Assist the Store Manager in the process of team building by obtaining, training and supporting new employees while conforming to DPC recruitment policy
- Able to correctly execute the financial and administrative tasks
- Ensure that Customer Service is maintained at a high level
Main Requirements
- Previous experience in similar position would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of either Greek and/or English
- Previous management experience in the quick service restaurant industry is essential
- Willingness to carry out all functions within a store including all matters relating to pizza making, cleaning and unloading deliveries
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 16 members
- Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills
