Sithens Limited, based in Dromolaxia-Larnaca, is currently seeking for individuals for the below position

 

SENIOR CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

General Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an English-speaking University in Business Administration or similar studies;
  • Excellent command of English and Greek Language;
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical skills with attention to details;
  • Excellent command of computer knowledge (MS Applications);
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;
  • Previous work experience in similar position (minimum 3 years);
  • Confident and adaptable with excellent report writing skills;
  • Ability to communicate with people of different cultures;

 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Administration of different companies
  • Handling of daily requests of stakeholders
  • Review of corporate documents/agreements
  • Dealing with Registrar of Companies, Banks and Lawyers
  • When relevant, collaborating with the Company’s auditors and other external service providers
  • Updating of corporate files, filing amendments with the Registrar
  • Client reporting and updating Client’s KYC files
  • Liaising with banks, registered agents and other counterparties from different jurisdictions
  • Direct communication with clients via email and phone
  • In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business
