Job Description

YouDream Consulting is seeking to hire a competent Secretary/Office Administrator to join the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The successful candidate should fulfill the following responsibilities and requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, etc.) in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Welcoming visitors, clients and associates
  • Organize the office assist in day to day operations and Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  •  Prepare letters and reports
  • Sort, organize and maintain office records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Implement and maintain office operations and procedures
  • Assist in the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and arranging interviews, update calendar for Training sessions and the preparation of Power Point presentations
  • Social Media daily operations and handling

Perform Basic Accounting Duties:

  • Process invoices, receipts and payments
  • Data entry into accounting system
  • Check invoices for all necessary payment details
  • Process internet banking and payments daily and deal with payment queries
  • Liaison with local banks and financial institutions with regard to various matters

 Qualifications: 

  • University Degree in Accounting & Finance or related
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook, Power Point)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language both written and verbal
  • Team player
  •  Pleasant personality
