What will your job look like?

•Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; guide existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs

•Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner

•Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department

•You will be accountable to the Supervisor of Customer Service


All you need is…

•Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service position will be considered as an advantage

•Educated to a degree level will be an advantage

•Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language is a must

•Computer literate is a must

•Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously

•Understands technical or professional aspects of work
