We are currently looking  for a dynamic experienced  Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Management team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be  responsible for executing the sales and Marketing strategy of the Resort with the ultimate objective to maximize sales and  communicate promotions to all relevant target markets.

Specifically, the Sales and Marketing Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan and his departments’ budgets.
  • Oversee the execution of all promotional activities, across all available channels, ensuring brand adherence and effectiveness.
  • Recommends to the Hotel Manager and coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume.
  • Establishes good relations with Tour Operators’ Representatives and maintains such contact at regular intervals.
  • Identify local partnership opportunities and oversee the on-going execution of revenue driving activities.
  • Responsible for building a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets.
  • Seek to grow social media followers and to enhance interaction with customers on these sites using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, and use findings to continuously evaluate and drive commercial success.
  • Participate in all marketing meetings.
  • Actively support Hotel Manager on all in-house merchandising.
  • Establish excellent communication with other Hotel Managers.
  • Effective manage, train and motivate Sales and Marketing team.

 Qualifications and Experience

The Marketing Manager must work on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Degree in Marketing or Hotel Management.
  • Experience of working in a similar marketing position in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven knowledge of creating, leading and managing fundamental and projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and has a thirst to work in marketing for the hospitality industry.
  • Resourcefulness, customer focused and results oriented.
  • Honesty, integrity and a passion for hard work.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
  • Able to think analytically, critically and strategically when faced with unique opportunities, challenges, prioritizing and identifying productive solutions.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, key team player with a “can do” attitude and thrives on a challenge.
