The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement best practices to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services.
- Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers.
- Resolve customer needs.
- Understand customer financial needs and objectives.
- Recommend appropriate financial products or services to the customer.
- Assist and support bank management in delivering customer services.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ of sales experience (B2B)
- 2+ years’ experience in the banking or the fintech sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
