Job Description

Our client is a CySEC regulated and well established investment firm, currently looking to add to their dynamic team a Reconciliations Officer. The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role of 2-3 years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce reconciliation of Client liability over assets on a daily and monthly basis
  • Understand companies systems and procedures
  • Identify weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company
  • Identify miscommunication between systems and instruct dealing for correction
  • Investigate transactions and advice funding on corrections
  • Monitor processing fees, report overcharging and solve the issue with the providers
  • Proceed with cash management for finance purposes
  • Identify and report reconciling items
  • Handle procedures for opening new bank accounts and PSPs
  • Communicate with funding department of mishap’s
  • Produce various reports that will assist on decision making
  • Produce monthly reports to corporate clients
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and formulas

 

Requirements

  • University Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field such as LCCI Higher or Equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Focused, high attention to detail and proactive thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
