We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our client, an investment firm with offices in Paphos.
The right candidate will be an energetic and hard- working individual with a positive attitude and great communication skills.

- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other ad-hoc activities
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is a must
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- especially Microsoft Excel.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field will be considered an advantage
