The Project Coordinator, Resort Marketing & Branding co-ordinates, implements and prioritizes all Marketing tasks and projects for the production team. Also, the Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering projects on time and with efficiency.


  • Coordinates and supervises the progress of Marketing related projects (tasks, activities, promotions, events, orders) by using Project Management software
  • Keeps track of all projects, prepares weekly activity summary and reports the status
  • Works closely with marketing team members and managers for smooth execution
  • Manages the breakdown of each marketing activity/projects
  • Contributes to Marketing ideas and initiatives to the greatest extent possible (Promotions, Events, Entertainment)
  • Receives requests from all other departments of COD Mediterranean and C2 Casinos, through “Request Tracking” system. Ensures constructive and productive working relationships and the timely and accurate dissemination of information is maintained
  • Assists with the revision of policies and procedures whilst ensuring strict compliance with relevant Cyprus Gaming Commission regulations
  • Performs all Marketing associated administrative duties as required by assisting Marketing Management with the preparation of various forms, budget reviews and other reports
  • Is responsible to monitor the project until successful delivery is achieved
  • Actively participates in projects for logistics, research and ideas implementation.
  • Communicates with partners on behalf of Marketing department to achieve profitable deals and quality of work


  • Business Plan objectives are met
  • Timely and accurate recording of information and statistical analysis of information pertaining to the compliance and risk management program and all related matters
  • Constructive relationships with external contacts, internal customers and marketing/loyalty marketing team members are built
  • Adherence to and execution of all relevant policies and procedures and risk assessments



  • Experience of minimum 2 year (preferably from within a marketing department and Project Management in a corporate environment)
  • Experience in Printing and Events Coordination is a plus
  • Proficient in using Technology and Online Systems


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or any other related field

  • Possess computer skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
  • Strong Organisation skills
  • Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to perform under pressure and have an aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task and switch from project to project
