Job Description

Our client, a reputable investment firm in Limassol is looking for a PSP Controller. The PSP Controller will be responsible for the reconciliation of the payment through the services provider. Previous experience in Back Office or Accounting is a must.

Job Responsibilities

Leading and directing the search for new payment solutions in various geographical regions

Spec, define and manage the introduction of projects of new payment solutions in conjunction with the development team

In the future, lead and manage a team of payment systems professionals responsible for monitoring and auditing the organization’s payment solutions systems

Work closely with the various operational managers to assess needs for payment solutions and present proposals on how to deliver new ones

Requirements

Degree holder in Economics/Finance/Business/Statistics or any other relevant field

At least 3 years of experience in a management role within a payment systems environment or any other relevant field

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & resolving problems related to Card Management System, Authorization system & Fraud Monitoring system on leading industry platforms

Thorough knowledge and understanding of system evaluation and IT Security standards

Should have the knowledge of gathering requirements from users and creating a Business Requirement Specifications Document (BRS) and System Requirement Specification Document (SRS)

Experience working in an e-commerce environment within the payments industry

Excellent knowledge of various payment systems at an international level

Very good working knowledge of banking payment systems

High proficiency in MS Excel is a must

Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must
