Job Description

Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol is looking to hire an Office Manager for their team here in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Handling IT tasks with IT manager
  • Co-ordinate office staff needs and ensure maximum efficiency
  • Assist with the recruiting and sorting office staff
  • Help with orientation, assign mentors and training of new staff members.
  • Ensure the server filing systems are maintained and kept up to par
  • Help with paper work and other accounting requirement as set by Accountant Department
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Implement office policies and procedures
  • Handling welfare: birthdays, events and gifts
  • Manage the office sanitary and instruct the cleaners
  • Responsible of the office visibility and atmosphere
  • Co-ordinate calendar schedules, appointments and bookings for Directors
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions
  • Help with Back office occasionally on pick times
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The working hours are from 09.00 – 18.00 with one hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)
