Job Description

With its 67 offices and production stations across 5 continents and over 5000 enthusiastic aviation professionals, Avia Solutions Group delivers prime aviation services to keep air transportation running smooth and steady.

We are looking for Office manager to work in our Headquarters office in Limassol.

We do expect the Office Manager will:

  • Set-up an office from the beginning and later on;
  • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment;
  • Develop, organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures;
  • Interact with third parties (e.g. landlord, IT consultants, accountancy office and etc.);
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including assisting C-level management and stakeholders of group companies;
  • Administrate personnel’s documentation;
  • Ensure that all internal policies and procedures are aligned with respective legislation;
  • Manage office supplies when is necessary.

We will be happy, if You have:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role;
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus legislation covering corporate and HR issues;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well ability to prioritize;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to ‘make things happen’;
  • Knowledge of various software packages;
  • Fluency in English and Greek languages, Russian language is and advantage.
