Job Description

Our client a company operating in the sector of IT providing IT infrastructure solutions to clients wishes to enrich its team a professional who shall hold the position of Office Management /Accounting officer

Duties and Responsibilities

The job holder will mainly provide office management and secretarial services as well as basic accounting tasks. More specific the job holder’s main duties will be to:

  • monitor and manage the company’s mail by ensuring that each person is informed of what they need.
  • coordinate with customers on technical visits and collect all required documents from the team for pricing purposes
  • communicate with partners abroad to place orders and coordinates all customs clearance and delivery of products to the company
  • coordinate and prepare all the invoices and documents that must be sent to the accountants (an external provider) for recording
  • issue invoices and send out clients ensuring that outstanding amounts as collected on time
  • conduct basic accounting entries in the system

Positions’ requirements

  • University/College Degree or Certification in Accounting, Secretarial Studies, office management or any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years experience in the field of office management/secretarial or accounting with administration duties
  • Very good Knowledge of English and Greek Language
  • Very good organisation, planning and coordination skills as well as interpersonal skills
