The Client:
Our Client, a family-owned company specializes in all aspects of property management, is actively looking to recruit an Office Administrator in Larnaca.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and calendars: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure timely reminders and updates.
- Communication management: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and respond or redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Administrative support: Assist with paperwork, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Meeting coordination: Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Document preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Research tasks: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Office management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Data management: Organize and maintain files, and records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Project support: Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and providing administrative support to project teams.
Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek languages, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational acumen and time-management abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaborative software (e.g. MS teams) and adeptness with various social media platforms.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, coupled with a positive attitude and a thirst for continuous learning.
- Enjoys and thrives in teamwork.
- Has a positive approach and thirst for learning.
- Prior experience in executive support or administrative roles preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Legal, management and marketing degrees and experience in property management considered advantageous.
- Residing in Larnaca or willingness to relocate to the area.
Location:
The position is for the Client’s offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
