Job Description

CEVA Logistics one of the world’s leading supply chain management companies is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for its HO in Limassol.  This individual will be responsible for smooth day to day running of various Office Administrative functions in the field of Freight Forwarding.

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered by CEVA and actively participate in product training sessions.
  • Shipment Manifesting, B/L invoicing, issuance of documents related with Imports Exports Customs Clearing procedures, and Accounting functions.
  • Interact regularly with Sales representatives , and develop close and cooperative working relationship with Operations Management to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Work cooperatively with other operational staff to support a team-selling environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum two (2) years’ industry experience
  • MS Office proficient
  • Previous Office administration Knowledge in the field of Freight Forwarding
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline will be considered an advantage
  • Must be able to read, write and speak Greek and English fluently
