We are an International Financial Service company looking to employ a full time Office Administrator for our offices in Nicosia.
Description of role.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be employed as an active team member providing administrative support to the local office.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- General office management and organisation
- Correspondence with suppliers (IT, cleaners, landlord, etc)
- Handling Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport)
- Visiting the post office weekly
- Answering the company main phone line
- Create and maintain a variety of registers and databases
- Physical and electronic filing
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Preparation of conference room for meetings
- Assisting each department with:
- Day-to-day tasks
The ideal candidate should have a friendly character and be willing to work as part of a wider team. Experience in a similar role in a Fiduciary/Legal/Accounting firm will be considered as an advantage.
