Call Centre Representative Duties:
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfis requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarind requests.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaning new features.
- Maintains call centre database by entering information.
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
- Updates jon knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommening improved procedures.
CRC Representative Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent Greek & English Language
- Phone: Quality of speech and voice
- Emails: Right level of formalism and excellent written language skills
- 1-2 years of experience in telephone sales
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
- Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving Skills
