Job Description

Call Centre Representative Duties:

  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfis requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarind requests.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaning new features.
  • Maintains call centre database by entering information.
  • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
  • Updates jon knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommening improved procedures.


CRC Representative Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent Greek & English Language
  • Phone: Quality of speech and voice
  • Emails: Right level of formalism and excellent written language skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in telephone sales
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Attention to Detail
  • Problem Solving Skills
